An installer that works

Theorem can be "installed" on a PC now. But it doesn't have to be. So to make things easy for testers, I'm going to release builds localized to a folder.
If you have the .Net 4.0 framework and XNA 4.0 framework installed, then you can run the game.
This separates the downloads into 3 items, with the only item containing updates being sized at 51mb. The full install is 101mb, but it doesn't make any sense to me to force a user to download 101mb every time there is an update to the game, when the total game is 51mb.

Now I can work on the really exciting part - adding trees, trunks, stumps, and move environment game objects to the levels.
